The "Purple Parrot" has 3 levels of fun, including a 3rd story game room, called the "Crow's Nest". It features Gulf views from the second floor, and a panoramic view from the third floor- all the way to the Sand Island lighthouse.

This well-planned beach house was just completed in May 2007. Its layout includes 1 Master Suite downstairs plus a Great Room,  and 1 Master suite upstairs, 2 bunk-rooms that can accommodate children, adults, or both. plus a second-floor "sitting area". The house is 3500 square feet in size, and has a maximum number of 10 guests.

The house is approximately 150 yds from the neighborhood's                         own private Gulf of Mexico beach.

There is also a Gulf-side swimming pool, tennis courts,                                      changing cabanas, and restrooms.

The second-floor "Sitting Room" opens to a deck with wonderful views.

The third floor "Crow's Nest" Game Room is a popular place in the                      evenings for family fun, with a pool table, Fooseball, Air Hockey,                           HDTV with DVD and gaming system (PS2). The house also has                         DSL, WiFi, and unlimited free long-distance calling.

This Dauphin Island beach house even includes a matching purple golf
cart and four beach bikes to explore the area.

The first floor Great Room features Travertine floors, high ceilings,                     a "Cook's Kitchen" with plenty of seating, and historical flourishes                  throughout.

The "Purple Parrot" has the perfect beach house layout for vacationing families-two Master Suites- one upstairs, one down.

Two "Bunk Rooms" upstairs can accommodate children and/or adults.

The "Purple Parrot" beach house is adjacent to the Audubon Bird Sanctuary and  the Isle Dauphine Golf Course.
